We approach our projects with a team ethos including headed by the client to achieve a common goal.

T and D provide maintenance, refits and refurbishment and small building works, from design to completion, including ground works, roofing, fit outs and decorations. Our Mechanical and electrical division adds to the range of services providing electrical and mechanical works, installation, reactive call outs, planned maintenance, whilst being mindful of our enviroment.

At T & D we realise that a company is as good as its staff and the managers are supported by highly motivated and well trained staff, many of whom have been with the company since its formation. In all our work we approach the project as a team, as such the trained people we employ feel part of the team.

Being centrally located in Birmingham with offices in Leicester and South Wales we are only a short journey away from from major motorways allowing us ease of access throughout the UK.
